Analýza rizik ve vybraném procesu výrobního podniku

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the risk analysis in the selected process of a production company. The goal of the thesis is to find the biggest risks of the production process and suggest specific steps for their reduction. The used key method is FMEA. The initial (base) material for the analysis is the process map of the single purpose machine’s production process. The biggest risks are found thanks to FMEA. Afterwards the recommended steps for a reduction of the biggest risks are derived from FMEA . An additional used method is Ishikawa diagram.
