Posouzení potřebnosti sociálního bydlení v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to assess the need for social housing in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis consists of two main chapters. The theoretical part outlines the fundamentals of social housing and the characteristics of basic concepts. In the practical part, relevant methods are used to achieve partial objectives. For the first and second partial objectives, a comparative analysis focusing on homeless individuals in asylum houses, halfway houses, shelters and low-threshold day centers is chosen. For the third partial objective, a correlational and regression analysis focusing on the number of housing allowances disbursed and selected variables is chosen.
