Úprava bezpečnostního systému výtahu.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozšířením bezpečnostního systému proti nekontrolovatelnému pohybu či pádu výtahové klece. Podstatou práce je návrh tohoto bezpečnostního systému a jeho jednotlivých komponentů, jejich komunikace a řízení v případě poruchy nebo disfunkce stávajícího bezpečnostního systému s nebo bez OPNPK. Tento doplňkový bezpečnostní systém bude snímat pohyb nosných lan v trakčním kole pohonu výtahu a tím detekovat stav trakce a nekontrolovaný pohyb klece. V případě zaznamenání prokluzu nebo nežádoucího pohybu klece vybaví tento systém výtahový stroj mimo provoz, nebo vydá povel k elektrickému vybavení zachycovačů.

The diploma thesis deals with the extension of the security system against the uncontrolled movement or crash of the elevator cage. The essence of the thesis is the design of this security system and its individual components, their communication and control in the event of failure or malfunction of the existing security system with or without OPNPK. This additional safety system will detect the movement of the supporting ropes in the traction wheel of the lift drive, thereby detecting the traction and uncontrolled movement of the cage. In the event of a slip or unwanted movement of the cage, the system will either make the elevator machine out of service or issue a command to the electrical equipment of the trap to take effect.
