Abstract

The PhD thesis is dealing with problems of stress corrosion cracking of materials used for components of steam generators WWER 440 and WWER 1000 in high temperature water environment, especially with subcritical crack growth stage. Influence of production technology on stress corrosion cracking resistivity of low – alloyed bainitic steel 10GN2MFA used for pressure vessels and primary collectors SG WWER 1000 is determined in the first part. Evaluation of stress corrosion cracking susceptibility of heterogeneous weld joint 22K – 08Ch18N10T SG WWER 440 on the base material – I. weld deposit interface was carried out in the second part. Comparison of heterogeneous weld joints of Czech and Russian provenance was performed at first and subsequently influence of repeated heat treatment and water environment composition on subcritical crack growth resistivity of heterogeneous weld joint of VITKOVICE technology was evaluated.
