Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of increasing labor productivity in industrial enterprises. The paper examines various methods and approaches used to optimize production processes, with an emphasis on effective production management strategies. Special attention is paid to the comparison of practices, which allows us to identify the most effective methods of improving labor productivity. The results of the work demonstrate that the integration of modern technologies and the systematic updating of production processes can significantly increase labor productivity, reduce costs and improve product quality.
