Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis was to prepare passportization, i.e. records mapping the space layout, construction, technical equipment of building sections A, B, and D of the Civil Engineering Faculty, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, and last but not least, to prepare an electronic record of staff locations. In the introduction of the Bachelor Thesis, basics of facility management and building administration are defined, and then chapters about software support and each individual parts of passportization are described. The practical part contains individual passports prepared via pit-FM software. Extent of this bachelor thesis is 35 numbered pages.
