Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the impact of interpersonal relationships on the job performance. The theoretical part describes the defined information about communication relationships in the workplace, a real threat of possible tools to improve the transfer of information between employees. The practical part describes the company KOVOT INVEST, s.r.o., goals, activities, and an overview of the work relations. Questionnaries and their results are shown also, by which recommendations were formed to solve the problems at the company.
