Abstract
ZIKMUND, Z. Dry reforming of hydrocarbons
Main goal of this bachelor work was preparation of catalyst with the most well dispersed metal over its support using wet impregnation method. Nickel was chosen as metal and as support carbonaceous material prepared from spruce sawdust. Treatment of catalyst was processed under microwave heating. Prepared catalysts were tested on model reaction in fixed-bed rector on methane. The best performing catalyst was then also used for reforming of higher hydrocarbons. Products of reaction were measured using gas chromatography with TCD and FID detectors. Characterization of catalysts was done using XRD, XRF, SEM, BET methods.
