Abstract
The main goal of my thesis is analysing customer behaviour of the cultural and educational organization Akord Ostrava-Zábřeh s. r. o. At first I characterise this organization. The next part is devoted to the theoretical basis of consumer behaviour. The practical part aims on research by a questionnaire. At the end of my thesis I recommend to the cultural and educational organization Akord Ostrava-Zábřeh s. r. o. how to improve its services.
