Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat současný stav vybraných stimulačních prostředků ve společnosti NET PLASY, spol. s r. o. V první části bakalářské práce byla vymezena teoretická východiska motivace a stimulace pracovního jednání. Byly vymezeny pojmy motiv, motivace, stimul, stimulace, motivační profil, vybrané motivační teorie a stimulační prostředky. V druhé části se věnuji charakteristice společnosti, popisu systému odměňování (mzdy, zaměstnaneckých výhod), a popisu pracovního místa. Pomocí sestaveného dotazníku byla zjišťována míra spokojenosti zaměstnanců se stávající mzdou, zaměstnaneckými výhodami, atmosférou a vztahy na pracovišti a náplní práce. Dále byla zjišťována důležitost motivačních faktorů. Na základě zjištění byly podniku podány návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení situace.

In my bachelor thesis I wanted to analyse the current state of stimulative tools in NET PLASY, spol. s r. o. company. The first part of my bachelor thesis defined theoretical fundaments of motivation and stimulation of work behaviour. The notions of motive, motivation, stimulus, stimulation, motivation profile, chosen motivation theories and stimulative tools were defined. The second part is devoted to characteristics of chosen company, a description of their remuneration system (wages, fringe benefits), and a description of jobs. Through a special questionnaire I tried to find the rate of employees satisfaction with current wages, fringe benefits, workplace atmosphere and relationships and jobsheets. I also asked about the importance of motivation factors. Based on my findings, I suggested the company some proposals and recommendations to improve their situation.
