Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis was to analyze basic and advanced tools of marketing mix of consulting company Flex Consulting Ltd. in Ostrava. We carried out online and telephone research with clients. Bachelor thesis includes an evaluation of the research and detailed recommendations to improve marketing tools that will lead to maximum customer satisfaction at future meetings with a consultant.
