Návrh technologického postupu stavebních prací objektu bytového domu

Abstract

Bytové domy jsou stavební objekty určené k trvalému užívání, proto je nutná jejich konstrukční správnost dle příslušných norem a předpisů, která je zárukou dlouhé životnosti konstrukce, bezpečnosti a pohody obyvatel při jejich užívání. Předmětem bakalářské práce je stavebně technologické řešení bytového domu v Dolní Lutyni. V první části práce je řešena stavební část bytového domu, ve které je obsažena výkresová dokumentace včetně technické zprávy. Předmětem druhé části je návrh technologického postupu provedení základové konstrukce ze železového betonu a prostého betonu včetně jejich ekonomického a časového zhodnocení.

Residential buildings are intended for permanent use, so it is necessary to construct the design according to relevant standards and regulations. This will guarantee a long life for the structure, therefore the safety and welfare of the residents who will use them. The subject of this thesis is building a technological solution for the residential building in Dolní Lutyně. The first part deals with construction of residential house, which contains drawings, including technical reports. The second part is the design of technical procedure to implement the underlying structure of reinforced concrete and plain concrete, including the time and economic evaluation.
