Využitie internetových aplikácií pre účely katastra nehnuteľností

Abstract

V práci popisujem postup evidencie nehnuteľností v Českej republike podľa platnej legislatívy a poukazujem na jej zefektívnenie pomocou 3D zobrazenia nehnuteľností. Pre tvorbu priestorových modelov bytových domov na Pavlovovej a Slavíkovej ulici v Ostrave som si po porovnaní viacerých programov ako napríklad AutoCad a Fotomodler zvolila internetovú aplikáciu Google SketchUp. Ďalej sa podrobne zaoberám Google SketchUpom, jeho históriou, využitím a funkciami. V hlavnej časti sa venujem opisu zvoleného územia Slavíkovej a Pavlovovej ulice, po ktorej nasleduje detailný postup tvorby 3D modelov od použitých podkladov, importu a kresby pôdorysov, komponentov podlaží až po dokončenie samotný bytových domov a ich okolia. V závere práce sú k vytvorenému modelu zakreslené aj inžinierske siete a model je exportovaný na Google Earth. Na koniec poukazujem na vízie do budúcnosti ohľadom katastra nehnuteľností a využitia takýchto model v praxi.

The thesis describes a procedure records of real estate in the Czech Republic according to applicable legislation and point to it by streamlining the 3D model real estate. For a modeling of residential houses in the Pavlovova and Slavíkova street in Ostrava I chose Internet application Google SketchUp after comparing multiple programs such as AutoCad and Fotomodler. Further detail I interprete history, uses and functions of Google SketchUp. The main part of the description of the territory of the Slavíkovej and I Pavlovovej the street, followed by a detailed procedure for the creation of 3D models from used materials, drawings and floor plans, floor components are imported only after the completion of the residential buildings and their surroundings. At the end of the work are to set up a engineering network and model is exported that model on Google Earth. I have been pointing to the vision for the future at the end of the cadastre and the use of such a model in practice.
