Mikrosimulační model křižovatky Pavlovova - Výškovická v Ostravě

Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis „Microsimulation model of the intersection Pavlovova - Vyskovicka in Ostrava“ is to increase the safety and capacity of the intersection, by means of current state capacity calculations and by creating microsimulation models in the PTV VISSIM program. The thesis will include traffic research of intensities, conflict situations and traffic accident analysis. Based on the results of these tasks, intersection adjustments will be proposed and statistical methods will compare the proposed adjustments with the current situation and current intensities, with the current situation for prospective intensities and with each other. Junction modifications will include conversion to a light controlled intersection, different signal locations and other signal plans.
