Logistická analýza systému řízení společnosti Sinomag, s.r.o.

Abstract

The thesis deals with logistic management of the company Sinomag Ltd. using logistic analysis with the suggestion of remedies in the sphere of material flow and infobases and with presumption limitation of logistic costs optimization. In the thesis mainly a logistic cycle of stators production is analysed, the progress direction of material from order over transport, stocking and production to expedition of final products, the cost of component parts are closely specified. Proposed possibilities of improvement pertain to used information system and its full utilization. Further the company should focus on more detailed estimation of ordered material costs. This would save transportation costs despite of small increasing capital locked-up in material. During supposed end of the crisis Sinomag Ltd. should be concerned to purchase and distribution of a portion of magnets from Asia and to generation of semi-product for production of magnets which constitute considerable part of production of the company.
