Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with a creation of a business plan and aspects influencing a business subject at the beginning of business and during its development. The aim of this diploma thesis is, based on the analysis of business environment, to create a business plan for seasonal operation of fast-food at outdoor swimming pool. A partial aim of the thesis is to determine a recommendation for the particular business subject development based on a current business environment. The thesis is divided into 2 parts – theoretical and practical ones. In theoretical part, there are theoretical bases of business plan described as well as adequate methodology. In practical part of the thesis, there is the concrete business plan for seasonal fast-food created. In conclusion, there is all knowledge summarized obtained during a business plan for the particular business subject creation and recommendations for its development are presented.
