Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis on "Proposal of an organizational norm in an organization" aims to propose a new organizational norm in a selected company and update selected internal regulations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical framework, in which the basic organizational norms, their importance and breakdown in the organization and then the process of their creation. The practical part introduces the selected business company and describes the current internal regulations and its organizational structure. The output of this bachelor's thesis is updated Organizational rules, new internal guidelines Fixed assets and their depreciation, Inventory and guidelines Home office.
