The thesis deals with the analysis of the place and adjacent surroundings of the existing seat of the city administration of Opava, the subsequent assessment and appropriate design of a new administrative center, local, urban and regional significance. The aim of the thesis is the architectural design of the symbolic object of the auditorium, which currently the city lacks.
