Most of us will imagine about residential house that it is huge object for hundreds of people where living is compromise between minimal space for building and desire to have a flat. Assigment has a advantage that estate is placed on the edge of the village Janovice and we don´t have to think about hig residential house. I decided to project house with four residential units in way to take advantage of surrondings for benefits of future occupants. Building is separated to two residential sections which are connected by stairwell. The The two residential sections have another floor level to follow existing terrain and because of that there is minimal terrain work. The building has a three floors with beautiful skyline on mountains Beskydy.
