Abstract

This thesis deals with the topic “Concluding the purchase contract”. The thesis is mainly governed by the legislation in the Commercial Code. The goal of this thesis is to describe the process leading to the conclusion of the purchase contract. The first chapter briefly defines the term “purchase contract”. The second one describes in detail the various steps in the process of concluding the purchase contract - including a draft contract, adoption of the draft and the moment of contract. Following chapter describes the possible forms of contract, there is also in detail discussed the issue of electronic commerce. The final chapter describes the standardized forms of contracts - form contracts and terms and conditions. This work provides information and advices to ensure that the purchase contract could be concluded easily.
