Studie analýzy technologických rizik v oboru farmacie

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá modelováním možných následků havarijních situací metodami a modelovacími programy, při úniku nebezpečné látky z farmaceutické firmy. Modelování je provedeno pro určené scénáře v modelovacích programech Aloha 5.4.1, Terex 3.0.8, Rozex 2.1.399 a metodou Chemical Exposure Index. První částí práce je určení zdroje rizika, vstupních dat a volba následku pro modelování. Druhá část obsahuje popis modelovacích programů a samotné modelování s vyhodnocením výsledků. Práce obsahuje také obecný popis farmaceutického provozovatele, právní základ a základní pojmy.

Bachelor thesis deals with modelling of the potential consequences of emergency situations and with the methods of modelling programs, in case of the leakage of hazardous substances from pharmaceutical companies. Modelling is done for the intended scenario in modelling programmes Aloha 5.4.1, 3.0.8 Terex, Rozex 2.1.399 and with the use of method_Chemical Exposure Index. The first part of the thesis determines the sources of risk and input data and the choice of consequences for modelling. The second part contains the modelling programmes and the actual model, assessing the results. The work also includes a general description of the pharmaceutical operator, the legal basis and basic concepts.
