Obec jako podnikatel

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikáním obcí. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je zřízení právnické osoby pro obec výhodné či nikoli. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku obce, její činnosti, její oblasti podnikání i formy, ve kterých může podnikat. V praktické části je představena konkrétní obec a oblast jejího podnikání. Je zde také analyzován polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který byl veden se starostkou obce. V závěru práce je činnost podnikatelského subjektu obce a rozhovoru zhodnocena a jsou prezentována doporučení pro budoucí vývoj podnikání.

This bachelor thesis deals with municipality entrepreneurship. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether a foundation of a legal entity is for the municipality advantageous. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on municipality characterization, its activities, its business as well as forms, in which it can make business. In the practical part, the particular municipality and its activities are introduced. There is also semi-structured interview with a mayor analyzed. In conclusion, there is municipality´s business subject activity evaluated and recommendations are presented for future development of the municipality.
