Korelace pevnosti v prostém tlaku a petrografického složení na vybraných lokalitách v České republice

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was correlation of strength in simple compression and petrographic composition in chosen areas in the Czech Republic. This aim was achieved by three parts of this thesis. The first one is basic theory of characteristics of rocks which is strength in simple compression. The second part and partial aim of the thesis was evaluation of correlation of strength in simple compression and petrographic composition in 82 areas in the Czech Republic. Strength in simple compression and other characteristics are visualised in a chart and the statistic correlation to petrographic composition was not done. The strength in simple compression was correlated to other important characteristics which are: porosity, absorbability, density, specific gravity and strength in tension. The third part and partial aim of the thesis was measuring of strength in simple compression in two chosen areas which are the quarry Řeka in the Moravian-Silesian Region and the quarry Prachovice in the Pardubice region. A detailed methodology was a part of measuring in strength in simple compression.
