Abstract
My bachelor thesis focuses on the area of bus sales dealer. The aim is to analyze sales from the income point of view and the influence of bus types to revenues for the last five years. The research was provided thanks to using company’s data and from interview with sales manager. In the first part, the sales question is described in theory. For the practical part of my thesis I have chosen the company called KAR group, a.s., which is one of the bus sellers. In this part is described a company profile, methods of selling, business dealers, sales promotion and competitive conduct. The analytical part is divided into particular years, which are described in detail. At the end of my bachelor thesis is made an overall summary of these period. In fine there are suggestions and recommendations that could help the company to increase sales.
