Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the combination of theoretical knowledge and the practical implementation of a business project aimed at selling hand-painted T-shirts in Spain. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a sustainable business model that applies the theoretical insights acquired during the study of management and economics and translates them into reality through a specific entrepreneurial plan to be carried out during the summer of 2025. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the creation of a business plan and the fundamentals of project management. The practical part elaborates on the concrete form of the planned business, including marketing and financial strategies, a detailed breakdown of the project schedule using structural analysis (network diagram, Gantt chart), and an analysis of the legislative and cultural specifics of the Spanish market. The findings of the thesis provide a comprehensive view of the process of planning, launching, and implementing a seasonal business, and may serve as a guide for students, academics, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
