Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of management of property of municipalities and possible reproduction of property from own resources. The municipalities of the Czech Republic are a selected group with a population of 160 to 200 ha and an area of 300 to 400 ha of cadastral territory. The monitored period was from 2010 to 2017. The theoretical part is focused on defining the terms property and rules with its management, budget process, etc. The practical part is focused on the analysis of management and property of selected municipalities.
