Stabilita rozšiřovaných násypových těles pro stavbu D1 01191.C Brno, centrum – Brno, jih

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the stability and settlement of embankments, particularly about the expansion of existing constructions. The study includes an assessment of the currently implemented embankment solution for the highway construction project D1 01191.C Brno centrum – Brno jih, followed by the proposal of an alternative solution designed to ensure higher stability and minimize settlement. A detailed modelling analysis of stability and settlement is part of the thesis, providing insights into the structure's behaviour under real conditions. The project, which aims to widen the D1 highway to six lanes, represents a significant infrastructural undertaking in the South Moravian Region and presents several technical challenges from a geotechnical and construction standpoint. The thesis focuses on identifying the key factors affecting the stability and deformation of the embankment and proposing optimal technical measures to ensure long-term safety and functionality.
