Hodnocení fyzické zátěže pracovníka auto-moto servisu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis contains an evaluation of the physical load factor for the position of an auto-motor service worker, including a suggestion of possible measures to improve working conditions. The first part provides basic information to understand the issue, which includes basic concepts, description of muscle activities, response of the human cardiovascular system to load, as well as an explanation of physical strain itself and the legislation relating to physical load. This information is essential for a correct understanding of the subject. This is followed by a description of the methods of measurement, including the methods used in the practical part, as well as the possible positive and negative impact of physical strain on humans and the risks associated with the activities performed by the worker. In the second part we will come to the practical part. This presents a description of the workplace and company under assessment, a description of the activities, the results of the assessment and a comparison with the limits. The last part contains a suggestion for possible preventive measures. The bachelor thesis is based on real everyday problems of a considerable number of workers facing physical demands at work.
