Abstract

The theme I chose, because I was very interesting. At work I deal mainly with tax optimization through offshore companies. But I also described other appropriate business forms. In the theoretical section defines the basic terms related to topic. Then I solve the problem in terms of a practical approach. The whole work concludes with an overall summary and recommendations of its own.
