Zabezpečení záchranných složek při rizikových zásazích

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zabezpečením záchranných zložiek pri rizikových zásahoch. V prvej časti je charakterizovaná právna úprava záchranných zložiek a ich právomoci. Ďalšia časť je venovaná jednotlivým záchranný zložkám, ich základnú úlohu, organizačnú štruktúru a jednotlivé služby. V ďalšej časti sú popísané jednotlivé technické prostriedky používané bezpečnostnými zbormi ako v Českej republike, tak v zahraničí. V nasledujúcej časti je na základe S.W.O.T. analýzy a analýzy súvzťažnosti prevedená analýza súčasného stavu. V poslednej časti sú navrhnuté zlepšenia a optimálne riešenie zabezpečenia záchranných zložiek.

This bachelor thesis deals with the secure of the rescue services during high – risk interventions. The first section contains characterized legislation for rescue services and the competency of its members. The following section describes the rescue services, their essential role, organizational structure and various services. Technical devices used by police in the Czech Republic and devices used abroad are described in the next section. Then there is an analysis of the current status of the security of rescue services using S.W.O.T. analysis and correlation analysis. There are suggested improvements and an optimal solution for the security of rescue services in the final section.
