The introductory part of the Diploma Thesis is focused on organization of Fire and Rescue Service of the Region, on categories of fire prevention units, types of FRS of the Region and on dislocation rules of these fire points. The characteristics of Litomerice District is provided, and information on fire points and stations of Fire and Rescue Service of Usti Region, Territorial Department Litomerice is summarized in the main part of this Diploma Thesis. The conditions for performing duties and police actions of Fire and Rescue Service of Usti Region, Territorial Department Litomerice are analysed in the final part, and possible solutions of ascertained deficiencies are suggested by establishing principles for performance of police actions in the Region.
