Abstract

The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is a creating of a realistic and especially workable business plan which will focus on opening a café. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic information concerning the business, desicion for the legal form, characterizes business plan's goals and tasks, structure and content for the business plan. The practical part contains the actual creation of the business plan to establish a café. The output is a compilation of pricing strategy and financial plan that can help determine the effectiveness of the chosen tactics. In conclusion, the company should make a profit.
