Technická správa města v rámci Facility managementu

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of public cemeteries, which are parts of technical management of cities. Using the Facility Management with technical management of cities can significantly improve and optimize their costs. The thesis thus sums up the concept of Facility Management in connection with the use of technical administration of cities. The thesis summarizes laws relating to municipalities and their financing. Because the area of technical administration of the city is quite a broad term, the thesis is at least trying to recapitulate everything that belongs to it. The object of the thesis is mainly to show on the particular case of the public cemetery in a small town how its management works and suggest improvements.
