Abstract

This thesis deals with the modification of the current system of employee evaluation in Bike Fun International s.r.o. These modifications are based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge, analysis of the current system of employee evaluation and questionnaire survey. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of the employee evaluation process. The next part is practical. This section contains information about Bike Fun International s.r.o., thanks to which this thesis could be implemented. Furthermore, the thesis describes and analyzes the current system of employee evaluation in the company. This description is followed by a detailed analysis of the questionnaire survey, which was carried out with the employees of the company. The last part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations for adjusting the employee appraisal system. These proposals are based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge, analysis of the current system of employee evaluation and questionnaire survey.
