This submitted thesis deals with the creation of a 3D model of the monument to Jan Blahoslav on the Horní náměstí in Přerov. The theoretical part describes the instruments and methods of measurement. The practical part describes the site, the monument itself, the process of measurement and processing in computer programs. The final part is devoted to the evaluation of the results of all methods used
