Abstract

Thesis Theme: Analysis of control Charts for Detection of Small and Medium Changes in Process Parameters The thesis is focused on control charts for the detection of small and medium-sized changes in process parameters. The theoretical part deals with the characterization of standard methods CUSUM and EWMA, their effectiveness and the possibility of further extension. The experimental part focuses on the comparison of control charts for different parameters. In the following part there is the comparison of software Minitab and Stagraphics Centurion and their possibilities in different parameters setting for EWMA and CUSUM charts. The final part is an application CUSUM and EWMA charts on real data in the program Statgraphics Centurion.
