Abstract

This thesis deals about ensuring explosion protection of confectionery production technology at The Candy Plus Sweet Factory company.The theoretical part deals with basic information about the theory of explosion explosion protection, basic concepts and legislation which relate to the issue. The practical part describes the company, its production facilities, experimental measurements for the needs of selected findings of selected properties, the analysis of potential ignition sources and subsequent inclusion in the respective zones. Based on the findings of the thesis.
