Ocenění podniku TOPOS PREFA Tovačov, a. s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provést ocenění společnosti TOPOS PREFA Tovačov, a. s. pro vlastníky ke dni 1. 1. 2009. Stěžejní část diplomové práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol (2–4), přitom druhá kapitola je teoreticko-metodologická a třetí a čtvrtá kapitola je aplikační. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány obecné základy pro oceňování podniku, postup při ocenění podniku a metody oceňování podniku. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybraného podniku a na strategickou a finanční analýzu tohoto podniku. Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedeno ocenění vlastního kapitálu vybraného podniku dvěma metodami, a to metodou DCF-Equity a metodou účetní. Výsledky práce jsou srovnány a interpretovány.

The target of the diploma work is to make a valuation of the company TOPOS PREFA Tovačov, a. s. for its proprietors on the date 1. 1. 2009. The pivotal part of the diploma work is divided into three chapters (2-4) hereat the second chapter is theoretical-methodological and the third and fourth chapters are application ones. In the second chapter general principles, the process and methods of company valuation are described. The third chapter is centred on a characterization of the chosen company and on a strategic and financial analysis of the company. In the fourth chapter an equity valuation of the chosen company is made by two methods, namely the DCF equity method and the accounting method. The results of this work are compared and interpreted.
