Územní studie části rozvojové lokality „ZU1“ v Chotěbuzi

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to create a new use of the development area "ZU1" in Chotěbuz. The proposal is developed through the use of regional studies in the form of development for the function of individual housing. The work comprises variant urban design and the selected variant is taken to its final form. The selected option is complemented by transport solutions, technical infrastructure and public areas. The study has been prepared with regard to technical and urban conditions and near the chosen location. The work also contains calculate the dimensions of required technical infrastructure and economic calculation.
