Bachelor thesis is focused on construction saving and mortgage loans. Thesis objectives are characteristic of these products, their comparison with total financial cost and multicriteria analysis and subsequent choice of the most suitable product intended for financing owner owner-occupied housing. First part of the thesis includes characteristics of construction saving and mortgage loans. History and present situation of both products are described in the second part of the thesis. The third part is devoted to comparison of products, their estimation and election of the most optimal product for financing owner-occupied housing.
