Abstract

The overview bachelor thesis summarizes current and researched findings on the topic of utilizing electronic participation in public administration in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. It examines forms of electronic participation and compares the structure of public administration in the Czech Republic with other EU countries. The analysis shows that electronic participation plays a key role in increasing transparency and efficiency in public administration. Furthermore, the thesis mentions the importance of digital transformation and strategic digitalization plans, such as the 'Path to the European Digital Decade' in the Czech Republic by 2030. The document discusses challenges and planned actions in the field of digital transformation, including financing and scheduling. Proper use of electronic participation can contribute to the modernization of public administration and improvement of services provided to citizens and businesses.
