Zhodnocení pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of job satisfaction in a selected organization. The master thesis itself has got several parts. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature about employee satisfaction. In the practical part is introduced selected company – HOCHTIEF CZ Inc. and analyzes the satisfaction of their employees. The analysis was made of internal documents and questionnaire. In the last chapter are formulated recommendations for the company, that would improve job satisfaction.
