Vizualizace rozvrhu učebny na e-ink displayi

Abstract

The master thesis follows up on a semestral project in which was created a system for displaying HTML webpages on e-ink display using development board ESP32. The goal of this master thesis is to extend the semestral project by the possibility of drawing school schedules based on the data provided by university information system. Development is focused on good readability of the content drawn on the e-ink display and on low power consumption. Measuring of the power consumption is done because of the possibility to run the devices on batteries. The created system is divided into two main parts. The first part is client which was created using the development framework ESP-IDF and the programming language C. The second part is server which is based on the programming language Python and the web framework Django.
