Uhlíkové kompozity v interiéru vozidla

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of dashboard modifications, the construction of composite part mounting, the production and installation of the dashboard and A-pillar covers for the prototype electric vehicle Titan. The main goal was to create light, strong and attractive parts from CFRP that meet the functional and visual requirements of the vehicle interior. The work includes the design and implementation of the fastening of composite interior parts, the technology of composite part production and the application of surface treatment against glare and UV radiation. The result is a fully functional and visually processed interior unit that contributes to reducing the weight of the vehicle and increases its utility and aesthetic value.
