Finanční analýza ve vybrané akciové společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení finanční situace společnosti podnikající v oblasti logistiky. V teoretické části jsou zmapovány jednotlivé metody a ukazatele finanční analýzy. Další kapitola charakterizuje předmět podnikání analyzované společnosti. V praktické části jsou vypočteny dílčí ukazatele finanční analýzy, které jsou následně srovnány s konkureční firmou a odvětvovými průměry. Na závěr je zhodnocena hospodářská situace podniku a navrhnuty možnosti a doporučení v budoucí strategii v oblasti financování podnikatelské činnosti.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial condition of a company providing logistic services. Different methods and indicators of financial analysis are discussed in the theoretical part. Another chapter describes the scope of the business of the evaluated company. The indicators of financial analysis are calculated in the practical part, then there is a comparison to the rival company and industry averages. Finally, the economic situation of the company is discussed and variants and recommendations on the future strategy of evaluated company are suggested.
