Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the reliability of the human factor at work and the possibility of his influence. The theoretical part describes concepts such as error, error types, the human factor or reliability of the human factor. Here are some of the methods used for assessing and improving the reliability of the human factor. The following sites are more focused on stress, stress and various types of stressors that can affect a man at work act. There is also provided for comparison of OH&S policies in ArcelorMittal Ostrava and certain other domestic and foreign companies. In conclusion, this work is given statistic accident in ArcelorMittal Ostrava, proposals and measures for greater involvement in human health and safety and reduce accidents.
