Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of public interventions of IRS in an environment with the potential presence of hazardous substances, with a focus on documentation and legislation. One Part of this paper describes the facilities and readiness of regional EMS. The thesis focuses on the system of cooperation between the basic components of IRS and decontamination capabilities. The study also mentioned the possible development in the region and proposing a solution for the other regional EMS.
