Osoby se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v okrese Opava

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Osoby se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v okrese Opava je zaměřena na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na Opavsku, konkrétně v organizaci Charita Opava. Cílem práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby organizace Charita Opava v oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a navrhnout opatření směřující ke zlepšení zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti těchto osob na regionální i celostátní úrovni. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo využitím metod deskriptivní analýzy, komparativní analýzy a SWOT analýzy. V teoretické části práce jsou obsaženy teoretické souvislosti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části je analyzováno postavení a podpora osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Obsahem další části je analýza trhu práce ve vztahu k osobám se zdravotním postižením v Moravskoslezském kraji, především se zaměřením na Opavsko. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v organizaci Charita Opava. Mimo popis samotné organizace a realizovaných projektů je zde provedena SWOT analýza. Co se týče návrhů a doporučení pro zvýšení zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti osob se zdravotním postižením, ty vycházejí jak ze SWOT analýzy, tak z opatření fungujících v ostatních zemích Evropské unie.

The diploma thesis entitled Disabled People on the Labour Market in the Opava District focuses on the issue of employing people with disabilities in the Opava District, especially in organization Charita Opava. The aim of the thesis is to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of organization Charita Opava in the field of employing people with disabilities and to propose policy measures aimed to increase the employment and employability of these people at both regional and national level. This goal was reached by using methods of descriptive analysis, comparative analysis and SWOT analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis contains theoretical context of employing people with disabilities. The practical part analyses the position and support of people with disabilities in the labour market in selected countries of the European Union. The next part contains the analysis of the labour market in relation to people with disabilities in the Moravian-Silesian Region, especially with the focus on the Opava District. The last part of the thesis focuses on employing of people with disabilities in organization Charita Opava. In addition to the description of the organization itself and implemented projects this chapter contains SWOT analysis. As for suggestions and recommendations for increasing the employment and employability of people with disabilities, these are based both on SWOT analysis and on policy measures in other European Union countries.
