Abstract
This dissertation deals with the aspects of employing disabled persons (DP) by a job agency.
The first part covers the aspects of the actual legislation governing, i.e. definition of the term „DP“, law conditons of employing relationship with DP, government policy instruments, job mediation, etc.
The second part deals with the analysis of possibilities to employ DP by a job agency. It is been analised employing DP by a job agency in each year, they are fully described relations among the job agency, an employee, a labour office and other employers during employing of DP, also cooperation between the job agency and a disabled persons assotiation and also it is been pointed to faults in the legislation which affect negatively employing of DP. It is been mentioned course of dischargement of DP employing.
In the third part they are assessed benefits and disadvantages which the job agency gets from the DP employing, possibilities of mandatory DP employing and the most advantageous possibility selection. Finally, it is been made the estimation of the year 2009.
