Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of the logistics chain with an emphasis on supplier evaluation in the company Temex. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current purchasing and logistics processes within the company and to propose effective methods for supplier evaluation that will contribute to optimizing the overall purchasing and delivery process. The thesis is based on qualitative analysis, which includes interviews with employees from the purchasing, warehouse, and technical control departments. Based on this information, a supplier evaluation system is proposed to improve the decision-making process in supplier selection and to support the long-term reliability of deliveries. The result of the thesis is the implementation of a specific evaluation model for Temex, which contributes to greater efficiency and competitiveness of the company.
